Where does your Once-Fired Brass come from?
We primarily obtain our brass from indoor shooting ranges, the government, and some firearm training facilities. However, we don’t usually purchase brass from military surplus.
Is your brass really once fired?
Since there is no real method to confirm that each piece of brass is truly once fired besides shooting new ammo and collecting the brass ourselves, we do the best we can to make sure that the brass we sell is truly once fired. We source from indoor ranges who require customer to shoot ammunition that is purchased there at the range, therefore the brass should be only fired once. We also periodically check casings for indicators of number of firings during our inspection process.
Is your brass all the same manufacturer?
Most of our brass is mixed headstamp or manufacturer. At times we do sell Once-Fired Brass that is all the same make and will be advertised as such.
What is Elite Reloading Supplies quality control process?
Our QC begins at the source. We purchase brass that has been sourced from indoor shooting ranges because it’s much less likely to be exposed to the elements and harsh treatment. Therefore, the brass has very little–if any–tarnish. We then sort, clean, and polish the brass using industrial tumblers and specialized polish compound. The final step is inspection and removal of all the casings that our sorters feel would not make great reloading casings. The result is high enough quality brass for commercial reloading with a usability usually well over 99%. We then add 3% to every order just to make sure.
What grade is your brass?
We are not aware of an accredited established grading scale so we just describe our brass as best as we can on our product pages. We will leave the grading up to our customers.
How do you ship your orders and how quickly are they delivered?
We use the good ol’ United States Postal Service Priority Mail for all of our shipments. We get most orders out in 1-2 days and Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for delivery so our orders are delivered in 3-5 days. Though usually 3 days!
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Do you accept PayPal?

We do accept checks. Email us or call 844-230-1911 to arrange payment. Orders paid for with a check will be shipped after the check posts.

Do you ship internationally?

What do you mean by End-User Responsibility?
Reloading ammunition can be a dangerous activity. Although Elite Reloading Services offers premium inspected Once-Fired Brass, we cannot accept any responsibility for the end use of our products. These are slightly used products after all. We do wish all of our customers safe reloading and shooting.
